NOTICE.
While studio lighting may seem complicated and the equipment foreign, participation in this workshop will replace your anxiety with enthusiasm.
This workshop will introduce the equipment and procedures involved in setting up basic studio lighting. Equipment will include some or all of the following:
- background stand
- background paper / muselin
- strobes
- umbrella
- softbox
- wireless release
- studio light meter
Participants should bring their cameras, camera manual and note book. A handout provides participants with a review of all the equipment demonstrated during this session and a number of setup /lighting options that can be utilized in Studio Lighting Session #2.
This workshop sets the stage for Studio Lighting Session #2...a two hour model shoot.
